What is culture? Sometimes its difficult to pinpoint such an all encompassing word. Does it represent a particular market, a demographic, or is it the context in which people of all walks of life are living.
The answer, for us, starts with three beliefs: that culture is a reflection of the people make and shape the moment we are in, that its is rooted in expressions of our humanity, and that no one plays a single role in the transmission of irt; we all send and receive.
There should be no hierarchy between audience and artist, consumer and company. The most powerful work happens when the wall comes down, the barriers open.
Mantra Ray is a software and media company, a creative studio, and a strategic consultancy that operates more like an A&R than an agency but is built for artists, founders, and brands across every discipline.
We've moved through enough scenes, industries, cities, and subcultures to know that the most interesting people rarely fit a single category. Neither do we. Strategy and aesthetics, research and instinct, big-picture thinking and granular execution, we hold all of it, because the work requires all of it.
